Suspension lift and tire??

I'm looking at doing a 4" suspension lift and I currently have extra leaf springs in the rear for towing..I was wondering a few things would I have to remove the leaf springs in the rear for it to be level with a 4" suspension lift? and what're the biggest tires & wheels I can run with a 4" lift?? Thanks!

This kit would work for what you're looking for. 4" Suspension Lift Kit [EZ-Ride] - 2000-2004 Ford F250 / F350 Super Duty 4wd - 24955 | $904.95
The biggest tires you could go with are 35".

I'd suggest with a 4 inch lift you keep the tires around 35x12.5x what ever size rims you have. I run 37x13.5x17 with a 6 inch lift with no problems.
