Wheel offset and lift for 35's?

So I know this question comes up a lot but I can't seem to get all my info straight.

I have a 2004 f250 with leaf springs and I want to know how I could go about fitting a set of 35's.

What is the minimum lift I would need to not rub and what type of wheel offset would I need.

I know there are lot of ways about going about this like cutting the inner fender well and also having a rim with a larger negative offset but I just want to hear your thought on how you would go about it
