Tuner Question

I've got a buddy with a truck similar to mine, F350, 6.7 diesel, 3.55's, completely deleted, and he tunes with either PIP or KEM. He's not getting the fuel economy that he expected from any of the loaded tunes, and wants to use the SCT tuner to 'return to stock' and then try the tunes loaded on his Edge CTS. The tunes on the Edge are based on a non-deleted truck. Anyone know if they will work on a deleted truck? Just asking for a friend, you understand.

No, the truck will go in to limp mode because of the lack of hardware. It would be the same problem he would have if he tried to delete the truck without tuning it.
