power supply for windows

I had an incident inside mu 2000 F250 powerstroke. Slight fire. Repaired all wires involved, and replaced some popped fuses, but the power windows don't work. Power door lock works. Also, dome light doesn't come on. tried swapping the relays around inside fuse block but no luck. Where does the power for the windows come from? Also checked fuses on under the hood block, and replaced one popped 30amp fuse. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
