Head studs & gaskets

Hey guys.

Considering purchasing a 2007 6.0 from my uncle. He purchased it from a friend of a friend a few months ago. He doesn’t know too much about the truck other than it is mostly stock with the exception of an EGR delete. The person he bought it from said the heads and studs were done in 2010 by Ford with OEM parts. Not sure what the mileage was when the heads were done but now it has just over 200,000 on it. If I purchase, I plan to do some upgrades to it, but nothing too crazy since it has high miles. Will I be okay to put larger injectors and possibly a stage 1 turbo with stock heads and gaskets?

I don't think there's a easy answer.
Might be fine, might not be.
