Question How "Safe" is running a tune with studs?

So now that I have fully "buletproofed" my truck (egr delete, new oil cooler, ARP studs, gaskets, heads milled flat)......can I run a mild street tune without fear of having any head gasket issues in the future, or are these 6.0's never really "safe" if you try to bump more power out of them. After spending the last week pulling the heads to puts the studs in.......I really don't ever want to do that again, what a pain in the butt!

I've ran 80 hp tunes from an SCT x4 on 2 different trucks. I run the 80 hp daily driver from power hungry performance. You won't have any issues as long as you watch your EGT's while towing. a good tune is a must in my opinion. Truck runs so much better with it.

2004 Ford f350 6.0 4x4 king ranch 4" mbar turbo back, sct x4 with php tunes, running full synthetic in every part that takes oil. Arp head studs and egr delete. Coolant bypass and oil bypass.

195000 miles on the Ex, tuned with 50 hp, no headstuds, no issues since elc coolant was installed at 45,000 miles, after it blew the gaskets in 100 percent stock condition, added ELC added Bypass Oil filter, Bulletproof egr cooler, and new oil cooler, i watch my deltas and had to replace the oil cooler 2 times , because the transmission cooler blew inside the radiator and caused a strawberry milkshake mess, so if a non studded 6.0 can make it over 130k miles, pretty sure you will survive, just dont hook a heavy trailer and race up a hill.
