Power at high RPM SCT and Transmission Shift points

I have searched and cant seem to find what I am looking for.

I have an SCT and Looney Wild which is shifting at close to 4000 rpm at WOT.
After around 3600 rpm or so, power seems to fall flat. It does not fall on its face, but just feels a little like it is running out of power at the top. Maybe it is because of the limits of the stock fuel and turbo at this high of an RPM.

I feel that the truck would be a bit faster if it shifted earlier and maybe if the torque converter locked up in the higher gears a little earlier.

Any thoughts on this? Has anyone found a shift strategy that works really well?

Would lowering the shift points to say 36 or 3700 be good?

Just trying to get some input before I get the tunes changed. Trying to get this thing right.

Most likely it is because of fuel supply, do you have a fuel pressure guage?

Fuel Pressure checked good. Blue spring mod working well and all new filters. I have a few program changes to try out this weekend to see if i can get it right.

I will report back with what works.
