Replacing Turbo/Up-Pipe, Should I install the XDP EGR Delete as well

I have a 2005 Ford F350 with the 6.0 Turbo Diesel. I have 190,000 miles on the truck with absolutely no issues until recently. I had a few of the glo plugs replaced recently and now the truck is in the shop getting the turbo and up-pipe replace. I am replacing the turbo with the Garrett Power Max Turbo and the Up-Pipe with the stock Dorman Up-pipe, please see the links for both below.

Since the turbo and up-pipe will be removed for replacement would anyone recommend installing the below EGR delete? I currently don't have the funds to do the head studs, gaskets and all of that, so just curious if the EGR Delete kit in the link below would be a wise decision or not.

I am hoping to order everything tonight, tomorrow at the latest. Thanks in advance for any help!
