Boost Gauge does not work

Hello,
2006 F350 6.0l
There is tons of boost. Lots of power...But stock boost gauge in instrument cluster does not move at all.
I removed hose on intake manifold that goes to the MAP and cleaned some slight carbon from nipple. Hose is ok, no leak.
Is there a way to determine if the cluster itself is what is no good?
Could it be the MAP sensor? There are no codes coming up.
Thanks for any help!!

On My scanner:
"Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor" value in Kpa is a constant 20.75 no matter what RPM
"Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor" value in Volts is a constant 0.03 no matter what RPM
The "Manifold Gauge Pressure" Seems to vary with RPM and is within spec.

Does this mean the MAP is no good? Weird that if it is it is not throwing a code.
Thanks!

I would bet on it being the scan tool vs the sensor. What scan tool are you using?

its the Launch EZdiag Bluetooth to my Iphone. I purchased the Ford software for it.
I know it's no Snap-On but it has proved pretty accurate for me with all the other vehicles I have used it on.

I am sure it is. just that sometimes the cheaper scan tools don;t report everything accurately.

If manifold gauge pressure is reporting fine, then the MAP sensor must be fine also. Gauge pressure is obtained by subtracting the Baro from the MAP.
