P0606 code, giving me hell

So I have a 2006 Ford F-250 6.0L that I bought 2 years ago, I have 136,xxx miles on it Andrew previous owner said he had it bulletproofed, at first the truck was magnificent nothing was wrong, no codes, no hiccups. I had to let the truck sit for about 6 months and now it’s giving me all problems. The batteries didn’t hold a charge at all, so I bought a new pair of duralasts, the truck was working fine then it started taking a long time for it to crank over, it sounded like it was struggling, it had a slow popping sound to it, the truck builds boost but it only builds boost once I hit almos 1,900 rpms the trucks been doing this for a couple months since, but now new problems have came up the trucked died last Monday when I was driving home from school, and I started it again after getting a jump, and started heading back home, the truck stalled out and I had it towed to my house. I scanned it and it has the “ecm/pcm processor” under the “P0606” code. The truck didn’t even crank up when I tried to start it, then I tried jumping it, had the batteries on the jumpers for almost 40 min and still nothing, I even went as far as taking the batteries out and individually charging them both, still nothing. Checked all the fuses, all the wires, made sure nothing was broken or frayed, I’m totally stumped. I tried resetting the KAM with my SCT flash tuner and downloaded the stock tune, still nothing. I need help.
