The next thing I would check would be your IC pressures while cranking. If your IPR solenoid is weak, it will "drop" the pin when it's hot. Once it cools down, it will grab again. You'll be able to see this if you are cranking and your IPR duty cycle is high, but your IC pressure won't build.
