#19 Fuse Blows, DTC P1139, P0381

My 99.5 F350 PSD is blowing #19 fuse. Cluster goes dead and occasionally, the truck will not go into gear, despite that the column shift is in gear. As well as the door locks clicking like they are possessed.

Pulling P1139 & P0381 on the diagnostic tool of the Superchips Tuner.

Thnx.

Yes, the harness is grounding out through a worn spot in the wire. Look at the clockspring area.

Just trying to help...someone may know the solution but may have not recognized the code without the description.

underneath the airbag. Start pulling all the steering column covers off, to see if you can find the bad wire first.
