2000 F-350 7.3 No dash and no throttle

I have a 2000 F-350 7.3 diesel with no dash board and no throttle. It starts and runs but the dash is dead. The truck initially lost the wipers and when I went to look at it I found it has no lost throttle and also the dash board. I know fuse 19 under the steering wheel can do this so this is the first thing I check but I found no power at either side of that fuse. Does anyone know where this fuse gets it power from? Also does anyone have a diagram of the feed circuit for this fuse?? Thanks in advance for the help!!! Trying to avoid a tow.

Here is what you need to fix it. Most likely your shift lever has chaffed through.

Hi I have no power on either side of fuse 19. The fuse is good. I need to figure out where fuse 19 gets its power from. I canít find it in any diagram.

Looks like Fuse 30 feeds #19.

Fuse 20 (50 AMP) feeds #30 from the battery junction box.
