2002 F250 Super Duty, no instrument panel lights, running lights , or tail lights

Hello All:
I just installed a new circuit box on my 2002 F250 Super Duty 7.3, restoring power to the fuse panel. When I fired up the truck, I noticed that I have no instrument lights, tail lights, or running lights. My son was driving my truck while I was out of town and told me that he "forgot" to tell me that he noticed this before the circuit block failed.
I have replaced all of the fuses that I could identify as having something to do with this with no results. I have never towed with the truck, but it has a tow package with the towing lights and brake receptacle mounted next to the hitch receiver. (Some threads indicated a towing issue.) I thought that might be part of the problem, so I unplugged the line to the towing receptacle under the truck bed. Still no lights.
Does anyone have any experience with this issue. I don't want to just start randomly chasing circuits if there is an easier way.

Thanks!
Ken

I know this is delayed but I have been away from the computer for a bit.
Thanks for all the suggestions and help.
The problem was a broken wire in the fuse box.
How it got broken is beyond me.
I am up and running. Thanks again!
