7.3L stubles while driving

My truck has had this stumble while low speed cruising to work. My commute is short, only 2 miles. But I have noticed the truck seems to have this stumble. You can feel it but I am not seeing it in the tach. Been around for 3 tanks of fuel does it when warm and cool.
Oil, filter and fuel filter all changed. Didn't change.

It does have the stumble on longer drives after warming up. It seems to ussually happen around 30-35mph. Just cruising, if I hammer down on it it's fine but once I start cruising along at around 30-35mph the stumble comes back.

Does it feel like it could be a dead spot in your accelerator pedal travel?

And its engine related rather than the transmission shifting into a new gear? Assuming A/T.

It doesn't feel like it's happening during a shift or that the trans is searching. I'll look into the dead pedal spot.
All my 7.3s have been so reliable I never work on them other than oil and fuel filters diagnosis is difficult.
