Hey Brucewestep, I have a 2003 F250 7.3 with automatic transmission pretty much stock K&N air filter and a 4 exhaust . I have been running the hypertech power programmer lll on stage 3 since I bought the truck new with no issues the truck has 240,000 miles on it now. The hypertech is not a real aggressive tuner but it will wake the truck up.
