Think my turbo is ruined

So I got my single shot injectors and DP tuner installed over the last couple of days. Went out for the test drive this morning. About 5 miles into the drive, I switched from stock tune to 80HP daily tune. I gave it some throttle to see how it would do, heard a clunk, and boost went to zero. I managed to limp it home, but now I'm looking for solutions. I obviously just kinda broke the bank buying injectors and a tuner, so what's the most cost-effective way to get my turbo back up to running and able to the handle the rest of the system?

Double check all your boots. It is VERY common for a boot to blow off on the initial run after doing injector work. I've had it happen to me so many times I've quit counting.

Nice call. It was actually one of the lower clamps that I never touched. Whew!

The clunk threw me off. Must have been the intercooler line hitting something when it shot off.

If you running a completely stock turbo Don’t go over 25-27.

Backpressure is already 55+ psi.

I did not see over 20 on the turbo today, and it wasn't for a lack of trying. Apparently my tunes are actually safe for a stock turbo, as advertised.
