I have an 2001 F250 4x4. 142,400 miles 20mpg 6sp. sonn to need clutch replaces and clutch master & slave cylinder assembly. cant wait to tackle this monster tranny. oh yeah and valve cover gaskets. Lastly whatever that small oil leak is that seems like a remain seal leak, was told it didnt have a rear seal like on a gasser but i dont know, seen this happen on many a PSD.

Replaced:

Tie rod ends
All ujoints
emergency brake shoes and cables
emergency brake assembly
both front hub assemblies
water pump
thermostat (put a 203F)
belt
front and rear sway bar bushings and links
brake calipers
complete brake fluid change (turned weird green color)
radiator fluid
radiator hose clamps
CPS (reccall)
injector/glow plug harnesses

Thats all i can think of. Been a really good truck. no major breakdowns.

2003 CC 4x4 102,000 miles
1) just replaced the brakes
2) 80k replaced tires (steeltex were great tires still had enough tread to pass Insp.)
3) 72k replaced HPOP orings
4) 60k replace power steering hose
5) 50K CPS went out
Been a great truck tires and breaks are part of maintenance and really should not be on the list but I was impressed at how long they lasted as did my batteries, replace those at almost 5 years and they were still working just a little weak

2003 7.3 SD, CC, 4x4 with FX4 package, white and 100% stock

Truck in Sig. 68,800 and getting a new(lower mileage) engine as I type.Broke a ring after an injector stuck open, due to UVCH short. Other than that I have had just the normal stuff, like brakes and GPR.

I own an 03 4x4 Dually Crew Cab with the last of the 7.3's. I purchased the truck in Jan of 04 with 38.5K miles and now have a whopping 77K miles. In that time I have replaced a universal joint, rear axle seal, and alternator. This one owner truck was used by a contractor to pull a small construction trailer on dirt roads. That's what I attribute the universal joint and rear axle seal to. The alternators are somewhat problematic. I did break down on the way to the beach but this was a fuse failure only. One set of tires and that's it.

Mileage:

115,000 miles
No problems, just normal stuff:
Tires, Filters, Hoses, Belts, Crank position sensor and Performance Mods

Fuel Mileage:

20-22 mpg Interstate (depending on drive-keep RPM below 2000)
13-15 mpg w/ fully loaded 8X20 enclosed trailer (10,000 lbs)
In town stop and go traffic, not sure probably around 15 mpg

Love the truck

120,000 miles

Before I chipped it: CPS, Ceramic Brake Pads (bad mistake), 2 Front wheel bearing assemblies
After I Chipped it: Tranny & TC upgrade, Turbo, another front wheel bearing assembly, Alternator, All the rotors were warped by the ceramic pads so they were replaced with Powerslot Cryo rotors and new pads. I think that's all.

It spends about half its time with a 12,000 lb Fifth-wheel attached.

2012 Ford F-250 SD; 6.7L PSD; Crew Cab; SB, SRW; Lariat; Air Lift rear suspension; Rancho shocks; Mag-Hytec Differential cover

Aside from the 'usual' or 'normal' replacement items for the PSD, these significant parts are original to the 10/94 build date:

engine
front and rear suspension(replaced all four shocks twice)
steering box
radiator
two of the injectors
rear brake drums(not a fan of turning them)

original ZF 5-speed rebuilt: 322,416
4.10 ring and pinion twice, converted back to old dino 85w-140 and Mag-Hytec cover
2 turbos
4 vacuum pumps

parts replaced at 500,000+:
all the original rad and heater hoses, water pump(yes, still had the factory clear coat) crank dampner and front seal: 503,161
HPOP, IPR: 508,870

The truck almost always has at least a 6,500# trailer attached...been a real work horse!

Update as of yesterday: replaced another cooked VC gasket, VC pigtail and all GP's(had 246k on them) on the driver's bank. Replaced original PS pump(reservoir leaking, pump still good) after getting tired of topping off before each trip.

1995(10/94) F350 XLT CC 2WD DRW Flatbed, ZF 5-speed, LUK clutch, 4.10 Eaton TrueTrac, full Banks kit, New 4" Diamond Eye exhaust w/ muffler, BD exhaust brake, Firestone air bags, 100 gallon fuel capacity... 816,217 miles and counting...

2003 X-limited - 67243.2 miles - 99% stock

52k when I got it. Oasis showed turbo pedestal rings replaced at 47k
I had one battery go bad, passenger side. New Batteries were my first purchase, my second being a rear sway bar.

Took a 3500mi trip - avg 21.8mpg hand calculated.

54k - 17x9.5" rims w/265's
58k - HPOP rings
62k - CPS

I may have a slight boost leak costing me some MPG, currently avg 14.4. Its a bit past due for brakes. The Front sway bar ends pop endlessly so bushings and links are up on my to-do also.

2003 X 7.3L - 67k mi DD

1970 Bronco - Vato Gray - Concrete Covering

245,000...
Water Pump
Shocks
CPS
Ball joints
Steering Damper - needed again...
Door switch
Rotors
Shift fork - had the weak one from the factory
Finally needs a clutch I think.

And that's about it.

I used to feel bad about not putting a lot of miles on her - you guys make me feel better.
