My experience was the opposite. I received no guidance via email. When I'd later sought help in these forums about my truck bucking wildly under light throttle in gears 1 through 3 with DP's economy tuning, a company rep created a straw-man fallacy by posting that I lacked the necessary high-performance mods.

I’ve heard that story quite a few times. It’s always the trucks fault.

In some cases the truck does have issues. Especially low icp or trans issues

But if one particular person at DP handles the email good luck.
Jody or Justin offer great service. It’s the extra member of the team who doesn’t know how to tune or know these trucks that muddies the water.

I think that particular person has been told to stay out of things now....Because customer service has improved.
