Cruising at around 60 with a tune without going uphill, pulling, etc, I see only 4-5 lbs. I wouldn't think your boost numbers are too far off for a stock truck. I know I have no boost leaks. If I hammer into it, boost will easily climb to around 26 or 27 lbs on my truck before ses light comes on and I back out of it.
If you're that concerned, dieselsite has a nice boost leak detector for about 65 bucks.
If you put a chip in, and you still can't get much over 20 lbs, then I would start to look into a potential boost leak.
Just for peace of mind, you could check all your intercooler boots, just to make sure they are nice and tight.
