Engine breaks down at 3000rpm

The truck is classed as an early 99 but i have updated everything except HPOP to 99.5-03. Injectors are AD. Turbo is BD Turbo Thruster 2. intake is AFE. Tuner is Edge Evolution on high. Defuser boost fooler. Stock air box removed and a fleetguard installed. 4 inch down pipe to 5inch strait pipe. Here is the problem when it hits 3000rpm it starts to flutter or break up. The funny part is its getting 30psi boost. The sending unit was removed and the 2 filters cleaned. Installed a new lift pump and fuel filter and still doing it. I am thinking IDM is the culprit but i want to hear more ideas. Oh and bellowed up pipes installed as well. It a manual trans as well . EBV deleted.

With all the mods you have, I've moved your post to the Upgrades and Aftermarket Forum.

Someone here should be able to give you some ideas.
