Fuel injector question

Are the International DT466e fuel injectors the same as the injectors in our trucks? The Alliant model number for the DT466e injector is AP63811BI.

We're changing some out in one of our roll-off trucks and if I can use the International injectors (cores) on my '02 PSD some way I will.

Re: Fuel injector question

If you are looking for 700+HP, pick'em up.........But you will have to do many modifications to properly run them.

Re: Fuel injector question

So are they the 530's? I was figuring they'd be the same as ours being as it's the 466e.

[/ QUOTE ] Think long and hard if true 530's are what you want.........Big oil pump, turbo, studs, fuel system, rods, piston, etc. If you decide 530's are what you want, than by all means go and get'em. But if not, I would still pick the injectors up if it is a good deal and save them for a rainy day, sell them or whatever you see fit. Just know that if you plan on running them you'll be stepping up to a level that not many others have and you'll have to be prepared for alot of work and possible frustration before the final product is done.

Re: Fuel injector question

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna sell them or something. I'll stick with the injectors everone else is using. I'm not really mechanical enough to become a pioneer!
