How do I tell if my 'new' truck is chipped?

Bought The Green Monster last month and just turned over 100k on the clock.

My question is, before I decide on a performance program for this truck, how can I quickly tell if the previous owners of this truck chipped or reflashed the ECM with a different program?

i dont know how to tell if its been 'reflashed', I imagine you would feel 'it' if it was.. as far as the chip just pull the PCM and you can tell oh the connectors if there has been a chip.. Unfortunately when my put my DP in I found out a previos owner had one ... Unfortunally because a) didnt know b)dont know what it was c) the silicone was pused back and had made a mess inside the PCM

2000 7.3 Extended Cab Long Bed Lariat...

nothing crazy, it carries alot of weight, it tows alot.. has all the 'usual' upgrades plus some..
