Justin I just did the turbo I got the powermax GTP38R and what bigger difference. Can't wait to tow my camper now.
I need to do the same thing. Down to 12mpg now stock injectors 209,000 miles. I've run tons of B100 thru as well. Maybe 20,000L last 5yrs!
HPOP area small oil leak. Going to get adrenaline pump. Bigger single shots. Not set on turbo model yet. Currently have stocker with ported housing but exhaust side is apparently very restrictive. Already have 4" turbo-back magna flow. Even replacing just HPOP to adrenaline on stock injectors with hot tunes will wake it up, motor won't fall flat on it's face above 3000rpm anymore. Pulls hard to redline... or so I'm told.
Stock HPOP can't keep up with split shot injectors with dp-tuner 140race or even 80econo tunes when you mat it a lot. Frequent P1211 codes. Runs good now.
But, can always run better.
