Tuners & Performance Chips on 7.3L

Hello,
Currently I have two tuners installed in my truck...
But, only one is working at this moment..
I am running a 6-position Swamps Performance chip which has high idle and +150hp.
However, I also have a SCT Livewire that I vary rarely use for gauges. But, was considering giving this LiveWire a try with some tunes. My question is that If I leave my switch for the 6-position in the "stock" position or so they say. And I switch on a tune from my Livewire device will this cause chaos and potentially cease all movement? Not sure why exactly I have both, it is kind of overkill...
Application is used on a '01 F-350 Dually 7.3. 6-position has a hard time shifting in lower gears, reason for change.

Don't spend it all.

As long as the ts chip is hooked to the pcm it will override whatever is on the pcm.

Sct tunes aren't known for being fantastic. And swamps has better trans tuning than sct.

Do you have an auto?

Yeah, it's an auto. Shifts pretty hard especially when accelerating from 0-30. Stock transmission. Don't exactly want to spend more money on this grand ole beast. But, may have to if the shifting doesn't stop shifting hard. Also, seems like it revs hard such that when you barely tap the peddle it will go up to roughly 2500 rpms instantly and then shift hard to the next gear. Does this on all settings, from light tow all the way to heavy street.
Stock
High Idle
Light tow +45hp
Heavy tow +90ish
Street Performance +115ish
Extreme Street +150ish

Don't spend it all.

How does it shift on the stock tune?

Sct tunes are circa 2004-2005 so they are not very good.
