Weird static when lights/blinker on

Ok, so I recently upgraded my headlights with some SPPC aftermarket ones. They only came with the headlight bulb so I added the parking and turn bulbs (used LED). I suffered from hyper-flashing so I replaced the Flasher relay with a NOVITA EP27. That fixed the hyperf-lashing but now whenever I turn on the lights or use a blinker I get static coming across the radio. Sometimes so bad I have to turn the radio off. Any ideas what needs to be shielded or replaced? Thanks in advance.
