Added a LED Volt gauge

Finally got around to it. Ran a “hot all the time” fused (1A) wire to an on/off rocker switch and to the LED voltmeter. Wanted to be able to turn it off for night driving and such, but the line showed what it’s supposed to - the voltage at rest (12.4), glowplugs engaged (11.6), voltage after starting (10.5), and increasing and holding steady after glowplugs cycled off (14.0) The readout looks clean in person but really glares the image on the camera.
