'2001 F350 fuse blocks

I've got a crazy problem with my 2001 f350 7.3 dually.
I blew a fuse on the obd port. I tried to track down the fuse but couldn't. Seems everything was working ok. The second cigarette lighter still works so I just switched to it powder my radar detector and phone charger. Well I tried to use a inverter and ended up blowing that fuse. This is were I get list.
I got to the under dash fuse block. I started checking for a blown fuse but, found out that I lost all power to the passengers side of the fuse block.
So I decided to check out the fuse block on the driver's side firewall.
This is where it gets crazy. All of the micro fuse bank is dead on the passenger side once again.
I know I had power this summer because I was renting a uhaul trailer and had to replace a fuse for the trailer lights.
I have power at the max fuses.
I mean everything works on the truck but not the cigarette lighter outlets with sucks because I can't get my obdii code reader to work. Yes I even checked that fuse for ****s and giggles.
This has me stumped guys.
Thanks for reading my post

Start at the fuse box and work your way back until you find the loss of power.

Not sure where to start.
Under dash fuse block is dead on the right side completely. Left side has power.
At the firewall fuse block all of the mini fuse sockets are dead. No power. Once you jump out of the mini fuse sockets you get power.
This sucks.

You need some wiring diagrams.
I would also looks to see if it looks like there's any corrosion in the box. The fords are pretty notorious for leaking windshields.
You say firewall. Do you mean under the dash? Or under hood?

Sorry ment under the hood.
Just wondering if it could be the master plug that connects together at the firewall.
I wish I could get a complete wiring diagram for my truck. Both cigarette lighters are out. Started with the lower cigarette lighter outlet that is part of the obd port. Changed the fuse nothing changed. Still no power to the obd port as well as the cigarette lighter outlet.
Not a big deal I still had a backup outlet for the accessories.
Well that fuse blew out and now I'm stuck where I am. Now power.
Thanks again for your help.

There are some maxi fuses that feed other fuses. Just take your meter and check ALL the fuses.

Ok thank you for all of your help so far. Now I have to agree with everyone. I need a good wiring system diagram for the fuse block in the engine area. As well as in the under dashboard block inside the truck .
That's again for your help.
Could this be a connection failure between the master connector from the engine compartment to the inside dashboard controller.

You should be able to do a Google search for wiring diagrams.

Good luck on any diagrams. Been looking myself for gem pinout.

I'd check the plugs on back of the fuse block. Terrible spot for corrosion. I've been having issues myself with fuse block and GEM. I was shocked at how much water and corrosion was inside of my \fuse block! 😱

Hate to ask a simple question, but what is a GEM?
Also thank you for all the advice everyone.

GEM stands for "Generic Electronic Module" It was the precursor to a true "smart" fuse box and it combined controls for body and chassis systems like 4X4, power windows, locks etc...
