Narrow tires and a bed cover should help some. I loose about 1 MPG for every 5 miles over 55 MPH with a 7.3, I suspect yours would be the same. Try a MPG test on open road 55 MPH for 100 miles. I have seen very little if any MPG increase with chips/programers.
