No Air out of Vents

If my truck has been sitting and I turn on the AC to max, there is a delay. I can hear it blowing but nothing out of the vents at first. After several seconds it will blow as normal. I'm assuming that I have a vacuum leak. Is this a hose issue or reservoir?

Almost always, it is a hose issue. Do you have 4x4 hubs? If so, it could also be a leak there.
