Odometer changed to kilometers

Earlier today, my gauges in my Ď02 F250 all dropped to minimum, pegged out at max, dropped back to minimum, then returned to normal.
Odometer changed to kilometers after this.

How do I change it back to miles?

Drive back across the border?

Seriously I think it's needs to be replaced. The service manual says that clusters are available in standard and metric versions. It also says the very little is serviceable at the dealer level. Not much info about it, but I may be wrong.

Obviously the clusters can be changed between kilometers and miles as mine did.
So they are not either/or.
I need to know how to change it back to miles.

I just realized I never updated this.

I played around with the display, put it in test mode a few times looking for a way to change it back to miles.
The cluster reset on its own while in safe mode and when it came back on, it was in miles again.
I have no idea how it changed to km, and I have no idea how it changed back to miles, but itís working fine now.
