I have a 1995 f250 powerstroke that had a leaky hose from the bowl to the pump, so I pulled the fuel bowl and replaced all the hoses in there. I put everything back together, filled the bowl up with fuel and built up some pressure by cranking it with the key off from the solenoid. After that I went back in the cab, cycled the glow plugs and tried to start it. Cranked all day long but didn’t fire. No smoke while cranking from the key. Tried unplugging ICP still nothing, tach moves while cranking. Went through that flowchart, wasn’t much help. Any ideas?
