Stock, the fuel pressure regulator is set to 70 psi instead of 50psi, has 120cc split shot injectors instead of about 90cc single shots. The California trucks make a little more power, especially after adding a chip. Supposedly the split shot injector engines are quieter but mine wasn't.
Only thing different in a Camadian truck over a Federal one is the Daytime Running Lights and metric speedometer I think.
