dipstick smoke

Got a bit of engine gas blowin out the tube. Runs like a champ otherwise. Oil level does not drop much between changes nor is the block coated in crap.
Where to look?

04 f350 ext cab 4x

95 psd 4x,5sp, down piped, 10,000lb warn, hydro bumper,tymar type intake, 285/75/16 at2 yoki geolanders, custom boat rack with 12' aluminium on top, kawi kdx in the box,

Mine does this too. I hear tell that it's not too unusual.

1997 F350 CC DRW E4OD POS. electric fuel, DIY6637, Beans Stage I. 200k and counting.

Remove your oil fill cap and just rest it over the oil fill hole. It it doesn't blow off or hover by excessive blow-by, don't worry about it.

It is pretty normal. You might want to check your crank case vent on the drivers side valve cover as it may be pluged up and not venting into the air intake hose.

Excellent news. I will continue to ignore it. As an aside it still does 178kph topped out.

yep, thats normal especially for our older trucks.

you know, there are gauges available for measuring crankcase blowby on large diesels and the manufacturers have specs for their engines.

by the way i ocasionaly drive into canada (trucker), i wouldn't dare do over 100kph up there.
