The area I was referring to can be viewed with a flashlight and an inspection mirror. You may need to remove the bowl (again) if you can't locate the leak, but keep looking while its running and have a friend idle it up for you while looking. Cheers!

Clean up the leak as much as possible and then do the baby powder trick.

Sprinkle the powder down where you suspect the leak and or any place else that you think that it is coming from. Then watch it. The powder will allow you to see the direction that the leak is coming from as it gets wet.

Thanks guys, I removed the bowl again double checked every thing, all looked good. I believe the new pump is leaking at the cam shaft whole, I can just see it bubbling with a mirror, ever seen that ???? ,what the hell did I do wrong. Open for ridiculoul. Got more fuel laying in cavity than before with old pump. Frustrated

If the new pump is bad right out of the box, you should see the fuel coming out of the weep hole right at the base (look at your old pump if you still have it for reference). Did you put in new seals on both sides of the banjo fitting and get the banjo bolt tight? Cheers!
