Help identifying alternator.

Hello,

My alternator on my truck has worn out.
It ate the brushes.
The truck is a diesel 1997 F250 LB 4WD SC with Ac & Auto.
I thought it would be simple to get one at NAPA or Autozone, but they claim there are several non-compatible versions and they can't seem to identify what I have by looking at it.
The truck is 100% stock & it worked fine for 200K + miles so a stock replacement is fine.
The only numbers I can find are on the bearing dust cap it has the marking "F6UUEA" and tiny numbers that might be "96091118"
The attached voltage regulator is marked "F5DU-10316-AA"
They need to order whatever I choose so I can't do a side by side comparison.
I Googled all these numbers & searched this forum with no luck.
I assume it 130 Amp?
Are they all interchangable?
Can anyone help me out with advice or a part number?
It has the triple connector plus single plug on top.

Thanks

if you don't need your truck for a few days...take your alternator into a place that will rebuild it.
