Curious opinions on what looks to be several injectors leaking at base. All spouts seem to be deflecting roughly same amount of oil which is normal but there are couple that seem to have oil pooling up more around glowplug especially compared to drivers side which has no oil around glowplugs. Not sure if this is cause for concern or if the upper injector orings are allowing seepage at the base of injector. Truck is stock with 235K on original injectors and sometimes takes just a couple seconds more to start once warm .

Injectors should be have oil coming out of the little hood things. That is normal.

I agree with Denny, that's just the oil discharge from the injector spouts. If you had leaks from the top o-rings on the injectors, you'd have a hard or no-start condition (especially when hot) because the HP oil pressure wouldn't be able to build up to the required 500 psi.
