PCM trouble?????

Hey guys I have a 1995 powerstroke that's been layed up for awhile due to it running badly. I ordered a reman. IDM and replaced. The truck now runs fine but new problems are happening., now the trans doesn't shift, speed odometer or the odometer do not work. I have checked all fuses and a few relays with a multi meter and everything seems to be good. I'm thinking the PCM is bad but the truck runs fine, has anyone had an issue with a partial PCM failure. Not sure if that's even possible. I haven't had time to try to see if I can communicate with the pcm with a scanner since the truck is broken down two hours away. A little history about the truck. Transmission was rebuilt about 4 years ago.The IDM was replaced about 2 years ago, I found bad valve cover gaskets and pigtails at this time and they were replaced. I inspected the gaskets and pigtails this time and they are good. The truck stays inside a shop so its not out in the rain where water can get to the pcm or idm. Any ideas??????

Can't help you much but a possible cheap fix would be the vehicle speed sensor on top of the rear end.

The signal from it will cause all of the problems that you listed.
