Rear right door, loose cable/plug

Had a rattle in my rear right door when I would close it. I took the panel off and found this cable loose and not plugged in to anything. Power windows and locks both work, window is sluggish and sticks though. I'm not sure what the cable goes to . . . Thanks

Correction, power lock used to work. I plugged the cable back in and still no luck with the lock

That's the early-style lock motor. The later style is a substantial upgrade, and can be found in MANY '92-96 F-series.
