Return hose for power steering pump

The power steering return hose on my truck is leaking and was wondering if just the hose itself can be replaced, or does it require the entire line.

Top portion is just clamped on and not sure if it's the same where it connects to the metal line.

Sorry for the dumb question, but it would be easier if just the hose can be replaced. Thanks

Yes, it's just common medium-pressure hydraulic hose (probably 3/8"). The factory swages the rubber onto the steel, but you can simply cut off the (usually Aluminum) swage, and replace the hose with a common clamp. But while you're at it, you should consider adding a filter (I prefer Magnefine):

Thanks Steve, I was hoping that was the case.
