Stumbling Idle

My 97 Powerstroke, when idling has a slight stumble/shake. The shake isn't violent but it is definitely abnormal. It also has a knocking coming from what I believe to be the passenger side which leads me to believe it is an injector issue. I hit exhaust manifolds on both sides with a laser temp gun and found one cylinder that was 20 degrees cooler than the rest. I was prepared to take it to a mechanic and get a new injector or maybe even replace all of them but last I fired it up and there was no knocking or stumbling so now I'm hoping it is a simple electrical problem. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be going on?

It is possible that it is electrical connection issue. I would suggest to check connections on the header gaskets. It would be nice if it is possible to put up audio file on the forum, which isn't possible right now.

Right now, I finally got my truck running after long time sitting in the driveway. maybe 2 years? I am not sure if it is perfect or not since I am deaf.

Let's know your progress and findings.
