If you have to choose btwn HPOP & D66, do the HPOP and get the smaller "Van" turbine housing (1.0A/R) instead of the D66. The Housing is usually less than $180 shipped and makes a big improvement.
I did Unlimited Diesel 30%, Gearhead tune, Adrenaline HPOP, and the smaller Housing about a year ago. Now it makes 25psi with an ATS intercooler and I'm happy how it runs.
Look at what KC Turbo offers as well.

'97 F250 4x4 XLT CCSB Last of the good ones, 88,000 and counting. Not much done yet, came with gauges, programmer and ATS Intercooler, now has UDP30 AD injectors, Adrenaline HPOP, 1.0A/R Exhaust Housing, GearHead Tunes.
