Several things to consider. Do you have the bed clearance for the 5th wheel with the lift? Adding airbags may be a better/simpler way to go, you can lower/raise the pressure as needed making for a smoother ride and keep headlights aligned. I got rid of my blocks and set the springs on the axle. Pinion angle is the thing to worry about, but should not be an issue if you are doing well with current lift.
