7.3L IDI factory turbo misses at idle bad and shakes

I have a 94 7.3 idi turbo factory and it’s missing and shaking pretty bad at idle but you give it fuel and it clears up doesn’t shake or miss terribly you put it in reverse at idle and it’s worse than when you put it in drive but it clears up under accelerating like I said it clears up as soon as you give it fuel it barly has a slight miss when accelerating down the road you really have to listen for it any ideas would be much appreciated
