transfer case question/trany/clutch

my linkage from my transfer case to my floor shifer has snapped off as i though i was just missing the link age what is the best way fix this do i need to get a new shifter assembly or just the parts i need as i have the 1994 f250 idi diesel 4x4 5spd is there a certain shifter assembly i need or no ?????

also my tranny is acting up i think it is my clutch but at idel is squeeks then when i put the clutch in it sounds like it is grinding but it still runs better than before is my clutch and throw out bearing going or anyone have any ideas about these issues

First I would suggest the throw out bearing is either dry or worn out causing squeeks and grinding.

As for the parts for the shifter, the # for the control lever assy is 7E069 when I googled it I got ......

The 4 wheel drive shifter is broken. How does the - FixYa
