AC blowing out defrost

Hello,I've changed out the vaccuum pump and the solenoid for the ac changed out the vaccuum lines from the pump where it goes into the truck checked the vaccuum canister for cracks,check the lines under dash for cracks ,checked fuses and still can't get ac to blow out vents,also changed out the vaccuum lines to the front tires and still nothing

What truck do you have so I can move this to the correct section?

I would say that you still have a vacuum leak somewhere. Find your vacuum manifold and start plugging lines one at a time that come off of it and see if it helps any.
