HELP - limp mode, transmission slippage

I was driving home and my truck went into limp mode (wrench light on) and the CEL came on. Banks IQ says no diagnostic codes but says Code 42 Transmission Slippage Detected. IQ also shows transmission temperature as -68. Transmission fluid is full and clear.

It is shifting really rough and hard. Engine sounds like it is revving, but rpm's are normal.

I removed the DPF and used the DPF-R (8 months ago). Then I have the Banks 6 gun, exhaust, and CAI. Was driving on 4 power.

What is going on?

New truck
2008 F250 6.4L. Banks Six Gun with IQ, Banks CAI, Banks Monster filter back exhaust with DPF delete, AMP steps, 4" ProComp lift with 35s,

Old truck
2004 F250 6.0, 4" T-back MBRP, AFE Stage II/PG7, CFM+ Largemouth, Snow Stage II Meth injection, Pyro, Trans, Boost pillar mount, SCT running Extreme Street, ITP reg return, AirDog, Oilguard bypass, CCV mod, Diesel Site coolant filter, harpooned, 08 Diff cover, Daystar levelling kit, Viair onboard air with Siege train horns, heated mirror switch, Hella 500 Driving and Fog lights behind Billet grille, back-up lights, Kenwood 7019 in-dash DVD, Alpine S in the doors, 2 10" JL subs with Alpine amp.

Could be most anything with a proper diagnosis. I would suggest you put it all to stock and then take it in for proper diagnosis.

This to me sounds like solenoilds for wiring harness or perhaps a TCM issue.

Code 42 is a Banks code, not a Ford code. I called Banks. I ran it through a couple shift cycles and it reset. Seems ok now.

did they say what the ford code would be? Or was it maybe just a communication error?
