P2563 code after ebp sensor and tube replacement

Been haven issues with this for awhile now replaced 3 ebp sensors thinking maybe I was getting bad ones and still doing it. Start truck up and have the normal hiss from exhaust drive it seems to run good then I start noticing boost is lower then normal and stop and get out no more hiss. Just a rumble. Checked turbo vain controller moves freely, turn key on and it cycles , cleaned map sensor and that other sensor beside it on the intake ,pulled intake off checked turbo it spins freely and very lill play in the shaft. Anyone have any ideas for me? Since it s going to be getting colder soon this is only going to get worse . Any suggestions would be great

very little play in the shaft is too much play in the shaft... just sayin'....

Look carefully around the down pipes, look on the firewall for soot, as well as on the back of the engine in the case they're ruptured on the front...
also, carefully inspect all the boots for ruptures...
hit the inter cooler with a spray bottle of dish washing soap and water in a strong mix, and rev the truck a few times to see if it bubbles..

You think the problem might be a intake or exhaust leak? I was thinking electrical issue but I am not very good at diagnosing that. I do see some soot around the egr delete on driver side but can't seem to find where it is comeing from. Also would a leak make it throw that code and give me all the issues?

the tube your sensor is tapped into is likely clogged... I don't read too well, it appears- or, i don't comprehend what's being said too well.. either replace the tube (they aren't that much) or take it out and clean the pejesus out of it.

Why are you replacing EBP sensors? The DTC P2563 relates specifically to the turbocharger actuator and position sensor or the turbocharger itself. The fact that the actuator moves is a good sign but you need to be capable of commanding the actuator with a scan tool and monitor the position signal to accurately diagnose this. If you caused this code during the EBP replacement then a harness or connector issue is suspect.

I found a leaky up pipe last nightwhere the flex meets the pipe on the driver side. Could this be my hole problem with throwing this code Nd haven boost issues?

It would be a good idea to repair the leak and then prove it out.

Update on this fixed all exhaust leaks and did the ebp relocate to back of motor put all new cac boots on. And still have this problem 2563 code and boost lower then normal when truck warms up. It's only - 3 here and it doing it. Soon as truck comes to opp temp the hiss goes away and sounds like a rumble and turbo very laggy. Any ideas guys?

it did move free and it even cycled when you turn the key on But it must have had a dead spot in it.

Replaced turbo actuater and it's still throwing 2563 code. So sick of chaseing this issue already. Soon as truck warms up at highway speeds it throws the code pull over and get out truck just makeing rumble from exhaust wait like 30 seconds at idle the hiss slowly comes back again. And it's fine . Soon as I get back up to high way speeds code comes back and the rumble again . Them it clears it's self after a few seconds and hiss comes back from the exhaust . Anyone have any ideas here to throw me in some kinda direction?
