DANG....!!!! Just brought truck back from a home shop getting a new headliner and bahm! SAME symptoms here....WTH...?????

Anyone out there ever discover the source of this and yes all fuses ohm'd out good. 0.9 to 1.1 Ohms.

Windows quit working (had done so intermittently in the past few months), dome lights are out and so is the radio.

Thanks.....C-man....

YES! problem solved and it is not the fuseblock as I had been told, and paid $$$ for a new one which I installed, and no results. The problem was the BATTERY SAVER RELAY which is BUILT IN to the circut board of the instrument cluster. The cluster needs to be replaced, relay is not repairable. The dealer had to order from Ford, and the odometer was set to match the removed unit. Not cheap, but there is a core refund for the old one. I think the labor was only a couple hours. I did not want to fool with a junkyard part, if you can even get one with the odometer rules. Problem solved, NO more window / radio problems. Now, if Ford will just fix the wheelwell rust problem..........Hope this helps, Jon

Thumbs down

Well I had a ding taken out of my roof and when they put back the headliner they grounded out the dome light. That then took out something in the fuse box under the dash. I replaced hfuse box and all problem are gone. I ended up buying a dash becauses some people told me it was that, it wasn't!

I'm looking for the E99 wire diagram currently

STOP DROP AND ROLL DON'T WORK IN HELL

2012 F350 6.7 PSD CC SB 42,000mi still under warranty
MODS: MBRP 5" straight pipe DPF back exhaust, 5" down pipe. Well other than that stock don't want to void the warranty

Early 99 F250 7.3 PSD Extended Cab SB 186,000mi just broken in.
MODS: DP Tuner F6 8 tunes and counting, ISSOPRO gauges, banks power elbow, 4" MBRP strait pipe exhaust, AFE stage 2 intake, 2000 7.3 PCM, Blank turbo pedestal, EBPV delete, wastegate mod, CCV mod

2000 F350 7.3 PSD CC SB 190,000mi
MODS: DP Tuner F6 4 tunes, 4" MBRP strait pipe exhaust, AFE stage 2 intake, Glow Shift gauges, and now a whole lot of trouble with the frame, really my fault for not checking close enough

Welcome to the club fellas! I spent a week looking for a connector from a 2002 diagram on a 2000 truck that has the same circuit but some different connectors.
I have had a high resistance problem on the module ground circuit that feeds all sorts of good stuff.

My 2003 f350 7.3L had all these same problems (windows not working, stereo not working, truck would shut off on its own, glove box compartment light, dome light). It was the battery saver relay inside the instrument cluster. It is a non serviceable relay so I found a cluster on ebay with similar mileage and that fixed every one of those problems.

behind the passenger side kick panel is the fuel shut off
The fuel pump relay is located in your under hood fuse panel on the drivers side. It is the number in the 32 position in the picture of the fuse box itself.

1997 F250

I need a wiring diagram for a 1997 F250 7.3L Diesel Di Turbo. Among other things, I'm trying to find out what the 104-pin hooks up to.
