I have a 1996 Ford F-250 7.3 L power stroke diesel. Truck starts and idles fine, but if truck was parked outside in temps around 35 degrees or colder when I accelerate in park or driving engine lugs down about a 100 rpms and runs ruff. If I accelerate more it will come out of it but will do it again when I'm at a constant rpm. I've changed the fuel filter and it wasn't to dirty and minimal sediment in fuel bowl. It doesn't do it if truck was parked in shop (55 degrees). I have installed two new battery's, new glow plugs, new valve cover wire harness, new glow plug relay. Engine oil and transmission fluid levels are good. I don't believe its a bad fuel pump or tank screens are plugged because this issue only happens when temps are 35 degrees or colder. Has anyone experienced this problem.
